We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Production Technician to join our passionate Gosford/Newcastle team.

Role Overview
Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a knack for live production? As our Senior Production Technician, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with the Production Ops Manager and Warehouse Manager, leading a team to bring our clients’ visions to life with precision and flair. Your expertise in Sound, Lighting, Vision, and event operations will be key to exceeding expectations and setting new standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Follow directions given by Production Ops Manager and Warehouse Manager

Operate and Maintain Production Equipment

Leading a team of production technicians, ensuring all activities are running to time and the team will meet its deadlines.

Driving work vehicles.

Setting up and packing up of events as per policy and procedures supplied.

Follow strict time frames and meet deadlines
-
Operate Production Equipment as per policy and procedures supplied.

Follow job information paperwork supplied for each shift/event.

Use initiative and problem-solving skills on the job to ensure the best outcome for the client while representing the company brand.

Carry out work to a high standard in live with our company values
Indicators of Effectiveness (KPI)

Overall success is the successful delivery of events on time and meeting all the key deliverables as outlined in the shift or event information.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
-
Minimum 3 years in the live production industry.
-
Strong Sound, Lighting, Vision skill set.
-
Experience setting up and dismantling Led screens
-
Experience with Allen and Heath Console, Grand MA, Blackmagic Vision Switchers, Shure and Sennheiser Wireless Systems, Pro presenter, PVP and Nova Star LED Processors

Strong critical thinking skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to trouble shoot problems.

Computer Skills, Office365, Current RMS

Experience with rental management system.
