Behind the Scenes of Glenworth Grazing 2024 with JCEE

Our team at JC Entertainment & Events was absolutely thrilled to be a part of Glenworth Grazing 2024 at Glenworth Valley! This spectacular festival featured an impressive line up, including popular acts such as Bermuda Social, Sneaky Sound System, and The Rubens, among many other fantastic artists that lit up the stage.

As the proud handlers of production and stage management for this event, we pulled out all the stops to ensure seamless performances from each artist. The excitement was palpable as the festival attracted its largest crowd to date, with over 5,000 attendees. This milestone highlights the growth of local festivals on the Central Coast and their role in fostering community spirit.

One of the highlights of our production was the installation of our Maximus trailer stage, which included functional 6x4m wings on either side to house monitors and backline. This not only enhanced the visual appeal of the stage but also maximised the efficiency of our setup. The use of rolling risers was instrumental in ensuring quick transitions of drum kits between sets.

The heart of any great festival lies in its audio quality. We provided nothing less than outstanding sound experiences with our DB Line Array system, which proved essential in amplifying the performances. With D Live at monitors and D Live at FOH, we ensured that every note, beat, and voice resonated perfectly throughout the venue. Particularly noteworthy was our specialised SD 12 setup for The Rubens. This attention to audio detail is what sets our events apart.

As night fell over Glenworth Valley, our carefully designed lighting setup took centre stage, creating a mesmerising atmosphere. We featured top-grade equipment like Strobe X, LM250's, and LM19x30 washes, which helped us set the mood throughout the day and night.
