Panthers in Port Macquarie was brimming with energy and sophistication as we assisted in orchestrating a visually captivating and technically impeccable evening at the Elders Lifestyle Group Gala night. This event was a convergence of the region's finest real estate agents who came together for an evening of celebration and networking.
To create a mesmerising visual experience, we deployed a 6x3m LED screen and a down stage monitor, all seamlessly controlled through our cutting-edge PVP software. The vivid visual storytelling was made possible by this setup, providing a stunning backdrop for the event awards and presentations.
Sound quality is pivotal in any event, and we ensured nothing but excellence. We furnished the venue with 2x EV column stack systems for FOH, 2x K10s as foldbacks, 2x Lectern mics, and 1x Lectern. The audio experience was further enhanced by our Allen & Heath SQ5 setup, expertly managed by our audio technician on site.
Lighting played a crucial role in setting the ambiance and mood for the Gala night. Our lighting setup included 4x LM19x30 wash lights and 4x LM250 spots in the roof, skilfully maneuvered by our lighting technician. The dynamic lighting design, with moving gobos and vibrant wash lights, transformed the space into a captivating visual spectacle, enriching the overall experience of the evening.
To amplify the entertainment factor, we incorporated 2x handheld wireless mics for seamless interactions, while the DJ lines kept the beats flowing through the night. Moreover, with the presence of 2x 10R beams and 12x battery lights with WDMX, the event radiated an aura of grandeur and sophistication, ensuring every moment was accentuated with the perfect lighting ambiance.
