About You
You’re a motivated and reliable individual who’s passionate about live production and ready to take the next step in your career. You take pride in your work, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and can think on your feet when challenges arise.
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the live production or events industry
- Are confident working with sound, lighting, or vision equipment
- Are proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and value teamwork
- Respect equipment and always aim to do the job right the first time
- Hold a valid driver’s licence (essential)
Tickets such as EWP, Forklift, or Truck Licence are desirable but not essential.
What We Offer

- The chance to work across a variety of live events — from corporate to outdoor productions
- Collaboration with our Morisset team on major events and productions
- A positive, team-driven culture built on trust, respect, and accountability
