How JC & Prestige Transformed the Brokenwood Wines 40th Annual Graveyard Launch in Hunter Valley

In the beautiful Hunter Valley, Brokenwood Wines marked a major milestone with the 40th Annual Graveyard Launch event. This year, we teamed up with Brokenwood Wines and Prestige Wedding & Event Hire to create an unforgettable experience. The aim was clear: to celebrate the vineyard's rich history while providing an immersive environment that showcased their exquisite wines.

From the very beginning, the planning involved careful attention to detail and the use of high-quality equipment. JCEE set up two impressive 3.5x2m LED screens controlled by industry-leading Black Magic Constellation vision software. These screens played a vital role in telling the vineyard's story through visually stunning presentations.

Lighting can transform any space, and we expertly created a captivating ambiance. Key features included:

• Strategic Spotlights and Washes: Key areas of the wine storage room were enhanced with carefully placed lights.

• 15 Deluge Lights: These lights highlighted wine barrels, creating a warm and inviting glow.

The blend of these lighting elements maintained the natural beauty of the venue while adding to the event's charm and theme.

A great audio setup is essential for any event, and JCEE truly excel in this area. We used:

• Two Stacks of Four T8 Speakers: These provided clear, powerful sound throughout the venue.

• Two High-Performance Subwoofers and D10 Front Fills: Ensured that both announcements and live music were crisp.

  
  

The sound was expertly managed through an SQ7 mixer, bringing every performance to life.
