Hosted at the new Gosford RSL, JC Entertainment & Events managed the long-established wedding exhibition. For nearly two decades, this event has supported the local community, thanks to the Lions Club of Wyoming East Gosford Centennial Inc. Over the years, the expo has raised more than $250,000, directly benefiting families on the Central Coast. It has evolved into a major highlight for couples planning their special day and for the community at large.
Taking on the role of event management, JCEE focused on delivering a memorable experience. This year, the expo welcomed over 30 unique vendors, each showcasing something special. Couples could explore enchanting floral arrangements, delectable catering options, and stunning bridal wear. The atmosphere buzzed with inspiration, making it a must-visit for anyone planning a wedding.
Beyond simply connecting couples with suppliers, this event also aimed to give back to the community. Getting Hitched partnered with We Care Connect, a charity dedicated to providing essential items to families in need. Its mission resonated with attendees, knowing that support would reach over 7,000 vulnerable children in the area.
To create an engaging atmosphere, JCEE created a beautifully designed runway stage highlighting various bridal vendors, enhanced by striking backdrop drapes and mood-setting up lighting. The professional PA system ensured that every announcement was crystal clear, making it easy for attendees to stay informed. Moreover, the additional up lighting around the event provided a warm and inviting ambience, encouraging guests to mingle and explore.
JCEE’s involvement in organising this occasion was incredibly rewarding, from meticulous logistical planning to creating an inviting environment that encouraged collaboration among vendors.
